Hi. What is the best way to connect Mux to Buf32? From Mux Spdif + to Buf32 SPDIF and Mux Spdif - to Buf32 GND ? Any ground issues since the Mux Spdif out is floating ?

That's the way to do it. The MUX S/PDIF output is transformer isolated.
