Your transformer board look a lot like one I have been playing with in DipTrace for my own use. Needless to say, I like the idea.

Its much neater than regular toroids and they seem to give out less interference as well. It doesnt show in the photos, but there is a board mounted fuse holder as well. They are the thump busters that are only needed for the Version 1.0 boards. :)
Starting with version 1.1 the relays on the Buf32S serve the same purpose.
