A few questions. First I think I'm a little unclear on what exactly I would need to use the balanced output to headphones. Is just the volumite controller ok? Or do I need two jt attenuators as well?

My second question is more for anyone who has tried but I'm debating getting some nicer grado's to replace my hd650's and assume that the the IVY would have no problem driving them balanced? Thanks.

It will drive Grados just fine.

All you need is the Volumite. :)
