Now that my ‘preamp’ (see gallery) is almost finished I am thinking to add analog SE input as well .
Since I want to use the balanced JT for both digital as SE input I need to convert the analog SE input to balanced and use the Otto to switch between them. Looking on the internet I found a very nice chip from Burr brown that could do the job, but would like your opinion on this plan.

The chip is the DRV134/135 and it only needs two 10uF capacitors and a +/-4.5-18V supply.

So basicly the Otto feeds the balanced JT with signals from Opus or converted analog SE.

questions:

1. will one Otto be enough (can you share grounds of both channels)
2. do you think this DRV chip is up for the job
3. will the signal from the DRV chip match with the IVY
4. do you think i could leave out the capacitors

Thanks for your answer, but i cant find any information about the mesh and could you give me some answers to the 4 questions concerning use of Otto and this DRV chip. I am a bit confused now

Indeed, if you look at the specs of the OPA1632 its much better. So i will need an Otto and a Mesh and maybe a source selector to implement a few analog inputs to my set up.
