Hello
Just yesterday my technician finished my preamplifier.
The Joshua works fine EXPEPT a very annoying problem between 20 and 25 step.Instead of increasing the volume it dincreasing it and when at this step turn the volume down it increasing again.It's only one step but it is very annoying.Any thoughts ?My greetings from Greece

My initial guess is some mis-placed resistors.

Hello
We double checked the preamp but the problem still remains now on two spots.
Using other preamps and amplifiers didn't have any problems.
Maybe it's time to send it to Twisted Pear Audio for a check.

now in every step I move the attenuator it makes click click click click by it self
Any thought?

How are you powering the Joshua Tree? I have seen this happen with too small of a transformer.
