I am trying to use the OTTO-II to switch between Amanero and the S/PDIF Transceiver. The OTTO-II will work with Amanero connected to either side but doesn't work with S/PDIF transceiver connected. The S/PDIF Transceiver works if connected directly to the OPUS DAC. I'm at a loss with what to try next. Thanks.

Can you detail your connections? Are the Transceiver and Amanero sharing a ground?

The Amanero and S/PDIF transceiver share a ground only to the extent that both are grounded through the OTTO-II and back through the power supplies. The Amanero is powered by USB. The S/PDIF transceiver powered by a Centaur. The OTTO-II is powered by a DC buck converter (LM317) that's powered by Centaur. Maybe easier to understand connection this way if diagram hard to read:

S/PDIF to OTTO-II:

BCK --> 1B1
SCK --> 2B1
LRCK -->3B1
DOUT -->4B1
GND --> G


AMANERO TO OTTO-II

BCLK -->1B2
MCLK -->2B2
FSCLK --> 3B2
DATA --> 4B2

OTTO-II TO OPUS DAC

1A --> BCK
2A --> MCK
3A --> LRCK
4A --> DIN
G --> GND

Centaur --> OPUS (7.5VDC)

Centaur --> LM317 PSU --> OTTO-II (5.25VDC)

LCBPS to Mercury I/V (+/-12VDC)

OOK, solved. I disconnected the ground from S/PDIF to OTTO-II. It works but I'd love to know why it works.

Interesting. My guess is a ground loop?
