HI,
I've tried to contact you through the Contact form on your Website but it's not working.I received my Buffalo 111se last week along with Centaur psu and Tridents regs and it's now up and running. Unfortunately tho there's a fault on the DAC Board and output is lower on one channel. The offset v measures 1.82v on the good channel positive and negative outputs. On the faulty channel it measures 1.82v on the pos output but only 0.9v on the negative side.

This is the preferred method of solving problems. Sorry for the late response.
Are you using an output stage, and is this measurement done with that stage attached, or standalone?

The DAC is connected to the tube output stage via 10uf film caps so has no bearing on the measured v. The caps needless to say are new, and have no leakage

Try disconnecting the output stage and measuring.

With the output caps disconnected, there is Zero v on the faulty neg side left channel, 1.82v on the right hand channel neg side so very definitely a fault onn the DAC board as there's nothing between the output connection and cap.
