I'd like to upgrade my LCDPS to HO version. Can you provide updated BOM or confirm my guesses?

IC1,IC2: LM350
C3-C6,C9,C10: 2200uF/35V
R1,R2: 2.7R 5W <-- ????
Heatsinks: larger 1.5" <-- ????

Correct.

Except R1, R2 are either jumped out changed to 0.1r 5W (allows current measurement).

I ask shopping 1.5" heatsinks, but the size you need will depend on load.
