Wondering what would be the best approach to have a way to switch between a Dual Mono and a 4 channel (2x stereo) configuration. I built with 2 BIII and 2 Legato to use as a digital crossover, but would also like to be able to use on a regular pair of speakers.

I could set up relays for the jumpers, but then also need to turn off/on the second IC8 and also flip a DIP switch.

Sorry, I searched for a thread on this, but haven't come across one yet.

Thanks, John

I can only think of two ways to do this:

1) Don't do it, just utilize two of the four channels :)

2) Use an external I2C controller for both DACs and control it with custom firmware, where you reset the DAC registers as needed on the fly (not using the on-board firmware at all).
