The first thing to check is for any transposed parts - it is pretty common to accidentally place an NPN transistor where a PNP transistor goes etc... You can't really measure resistors when they are already in-circuit.

You just need to go through part by part check resistor color codes etc against the schematic/parts list. You won't be able to measure them in place.
