I'm trying to get my Hermes/Cronus/BBB up and running, but I'm not having any luck. I've attached the LEDs on the Hermes (correct orientation - I double checked) but only the fourth one (the one labeled "3") lights up when I power things on. Does that indicate an obvious problem to anyone? I have the full "stack" connected together and powered (BIIISE, Cronus, Hermes, BBB).

--bump--

I see from reading on diyAudio that the EN light should be lighting up and the other 3 lights don't have a function. So now I need some help figuring out why EN isn't lighting up for me. Is it correct that EN should light up if the Hermes and BBB are properly configured, even if I don't have them attached to the Cronus and DAC? I'm trying to minimize the variables I have to deal with in troubleshooting this.

Double check the orientation of the LED drivers of the PCB - they should all be oriented the same way.
