This is as compact as I could get a Buffalo32S with power, external regs + USB and Teleporter switchable inputs:

It took quite a while to get it right - both the extremely tight layout and the bespoke logic control circuitry. I had to fan cool it in the end with a tiny 40mm silent PC fan. I also attached 4 1000mf Rubicon ZA caps to the analog power supply which was a nice improvement to the original shunt regs.

The outboard 3.3v regs also offered a noticeable improvement. Not a shade on a dual mono B3 with the latest shunt regs, but still quite a pleasing solution hooked up to a couple of powered monitors...
