2 Questions:
How many taps or volume levels does the firmware I2C master implement in the ES9018?
Does the firmware controller draw any current through the external potentiometer?

Reason: I am wondering if it is feasible or inadvisable to control volume on multiple BIIIse's using one I2C-controlled multi-channel digital pot.

Thanks in advance!

Frank

I am the first to admit that without the kind support of the DIY community, I'd be screwed! ;-) :-P
