Hello,

Is it possible to use one of the Hermes devices as a method of USB galvanic isolation without the Cronus?

I have Rigisystems USBPAL multi-channel usb-I2S interface, if I don't need or want re-clocking can the isolation function be performed by just the Hermes in some way?

If not, are you aware of any devices and/or methods to get High Speed usb isolation?

Yes, it can be used that way. You will likely end up with higher jitter due to the isolators, but it will work.
