I bought a used and very well playing 32s DAC, i need som more inputs got the 2 bit selector and 4:1 MUX/DEMUX, i connect the A (MUX/DEMUX) to SPDIF and GND to GND. (With seperate 5v PSU)

I have dobbelchecked the soldering etc.

Good ideas are welcomeBoo hoo!

( i'm not sure it actually is intended to work with the 32s Anxious )

I think we will need to see your setup/wiring to diagnose. Can you post picture(s)? (It should work fine)

Hello Brian,

Thx for very fast reply, i will post pictures, but i have read a post, in a similar thread, where you advised to isolate the mux and see if there is signalsignal in one. I will try that first..

I have tried, on the 2-bit selector, with and without wiring the J1 jumper, i'm not sure it's supposed to be wired?- it did'nt work without, so i tried with a wire.

I'am a not that experienced with electronics, but i do have with succes made some soldering jobs, but if the other S/PDIF 4:1 MUX/Receiver is an easier task, i will just order a new one.

Btw i have testet the dac without the selector and it's still working :-)

Hello again,

New board is now working, nice! - must have fried the old one ;-)

A litle question, i have the 4.1 selection kit also, it,s functioning perfect, but i have a small problem getting knots for the 1/4" shaft, what is the "data" for the selector so i can switch it to one with a 6mm shaft.

Kind regards from af noob from Denmark :-)
