Any news about Buffalo III SE parts kit? My board arrived and i would like to start assembling my DAC. Its part kit is much different: it includes even some resistors, that i can't understand where should be used...

I generally make up a bunch of the smaller sub kits, then use them to compile the complete parts kits for each DAC. I must have grabbed a Buffalo-III (8-channel) sub kit when I was making up the kit for your order, so you got the jumpers, even though you do not need them. You should have all the other parts you need, however. Let me know if you don't.

Sorry, maybe i didn't explain well, i'm not talking about jumpers, i'm talking about many small resistors (metal film type they look to me)... i don't know where i should use them... Maybe they are for Toslink module? In my package there was 1x complete Buffalo IIIse board (including Tridents), 1x Toslink module and 1x Placid HD board (but this board and all needed components where in a separate plastic bag), plus some minor tools (crimping tool, ribbon cable and its 20p connector). Resistors are in Buffalo IIIse parts bag.

All of the parts for the Buffalo shoudl be in the Buffalo box. Other bags are for different kits; one bag for TOSLINK module, one bag for Placid.
Maybe you just got the parts all mixed up. Can you post a picture? I can help you get it sorted.
