Need a little more information...

How are you using it (SE or balanced AES)?

How do you have it wired?

Input is balanced AES, from a Behringer SRC2496, (at 24/96) I currently have pin 2 to input +, pin 1 to G, and pin 3 to -
I remember trying 3 to G, and 1 to -, and it didnt seem to work either.

I am not sure what is happening, but I have the standard questions. :)

1) Perhaps there is some issue with the source? Has it been confirmed to be ok?

2) Perhaps there is some issue with the module? Did you try just using one end of the AES input to one of the other MUX inputs?

3) Are you sure that the AES input is truly selected? Check the state of the selection pins.

After following all of your suggestions, and still no luck. I decided to pull the board and recheck things. found one of the pins for the AES transformer wasnt soldered.

AES is working fine, now.

Sometimes, checking, and double-checking, still isnt enough.....

thanks again for the debugging help.
