Hi
I am about to work on my system and integrate a Wave IO board.
I want to connect the I2S outout from a Philips CD-PRO 2 and from a Wave IO usb board.
I want to connect the two signals to my Metronome through OTTO 2:1.
Will this Work:
From CD-PRO2 to OTTO: 1:BCK, 2:LRCK, 3:Data, 4:GND
From Wave IO to OTTO: 1:BCK, 2:LRCK, 3:Data
From OTTO to METRONOME: 1:BCK, 2:LRCK, 3:Data, 4:GND

Unless the WaveIO is sharing a power supply with the OTTO/DAC, you will also need to connect it's GND to the OTTO.

I should not be to difficult to find a ground connection somewhere on the Wave IO board.
