I am planning to use amanero interface on my dac. I need 3,3 v connection for isolator on dac side. You can find my connection diagram under the page.

You only need one of the I2S grounds, since the are all the same (unless you use them for shielding).

You will also need to make sure you do not exceed the current limit of the vreg. I would guess you will have around 50ma available (I have not looked at the circuit in a while).
