Hi was interested in using the above for building an 8 channel dac using BIII. I am going to use the miniDSP streamer for usb --> i2s 8 channel signal and then use the Teleporter to transmit it as close as possible to the BIII inputs. Will it handle all the 8 channels Thanks

It would be a lot easier to place the miniDSP Streamer adjacent to the Buffalo, and let USB cover the distance.

Brian, what is the maximum USB cable length for connecting PC to USB input on DAC? I've read suggestions of 9-10 feet maximum cable length for low speed USB. |

For USB 2.0 hi-speed: 5m or about 16ft without repeaters.
