What modification would be required to lower the SE output down to 0.9VRMS from the 2 VRMS default.

Just double (or slightly more than double) R9 - R12 on the IVY. That will do the trick. :)

You could but not without changing the filter caps and such. Also the resistor for the I/V needs to be > 150R or I have found that THD+N starts to rise to unacceptable (to me) levels.

So if your using the SE output, its better to do it as I described.

Ah! So the output from the BIII is 2V rms? That will work well! How about the SNR at this voltage level? I read somewhere it is 108dB in voltage mode (at 2V rms with no additional resistors added to the output). Is this true?

Dynamic range is generally around -128 to -130db - actual numbers will depend on build details. You can get slightly better DNR by decreasing the gain of the first stage and increasing the gain of the second, but I liked the way the stock configuration sounds, so that's the way it comes. :)
