Apologies if I have missed this elsewhere, but the FJPF-transistors are listed as "obsolete" with both digikey and mouser, so are there any "official" substitutes?.

I still have a bunch of the FJPFs, but will likely switch to the MJE15034/35 when supplies run out.
They are not insulated, so will also require a silpad and isolating washer.

Ok, thanks. If the MJE15030/31 works as well (I expect so) there is actually an MJF-version of those that is fully isolated :)

There is a substitute available in Mouser or Digitex catalog that I can purchase now? MJE15035G will be available in 20weeks... I have buy one pcb of Placid BP that is incomplete of transistors. Thank you.
