I purchased Buffalo III SE and Ragato I/V and connected Combo384.
It is not working and it displayed A_MUTE LED as the attached photo.
I attached the photos that D2 input signal waveform because it is too
small compared to another input signal.

I setup my friend's Buffalo III SE on the Ragato and confirm it worked well.

I guess IC5 is broken that is connected to D2 input signal, right?
What is IC5?
Can I change the IC?

Can you disconnect the wire from D2 and measure its output level while not connected to the Buffalo?

Please see my blog photos. I don't know how to upload my photos to this site.
Combo384 D2 signal is normal and I checked it was connected with Buffalo DAC correctly.
As I told, I confirmed another Buffalo DAC is OK in my system.

Can you measure resistance to GND for each I2S input pin? This will need to be done without the USB module attached.

You're right. I measured the resistance to GND for the D2 signal connector. It is 20ohm and another normal signal is infinity.
What is IC5? I can't see the name of the IC5 because of too small. I confirmed there is short between 1 leg and 2 leg of IC5.
Where is the schematic diagram of Buffalo III SE? I can't find it here.
