Using a Placid HD to drive each channel of a Legato with the current set to 200mA/channel and output voltage of +/-12.15V, what are the maximum and minimum recommended input voltages to the regulator.

Also, using a Placid to run the Buffalo+EXA with output voltage of 5.25, what are the recommended min and max input voltages to the Placid.

I don't want to fry them by putting too much in but I want to know the regulators and CCS have enough to work with.
