I want to build my Home Theater with my HTPC (have HDMI port) and Buffalo DAC,
But this DAC can accept LPCM audio signal from HDMI port of my HTPC?
Can you help me?

I believe the PCM over HDMI is encrypted. You'll need to decode it first.
