Hi,
Does anyone know how well the IVYIII drives ultra-high-impedance headphones with,
say, 600 Ohms, like the Beyerdynamic T1 and the likes?
I'm thinking about building a dedicated headphone tube amp (Bottlehead Crack OTL),
but maybe the IVYIII will suffice?

By all means use a tube amp if you want some pleasant distortion. If I were you, I'd try going direct from the IvyIII first. Balanced is the way to go.

IVY will drive 600-ohm cans easily.
