Hi. I have been trying to find a fairly small but good quaility DAC with S/PDIF input and preferably an integrated PSU but I couldn't find one so when I discovered the Opus DAC I got one ordered straight away. It was quite a challenge fitting everything into the case that I had chosen and amazingly I cannot detect any mains noise at all even though the Transformer is practically touching the PCB's (I manufactured a screen using two sheets of aluminium foil sandwiched between two sheets of laser printer acetate). I was a bit disappointed by my 'screen printing' I used modellers decal sheets printed with an inkjet printer and then sprayed with lacquer. Unfortunately when I lacquered it again after placing the decals it shrank and gave a 'web' effect. Also even though I used white decals they are practically transparent and one of my layout lines shows through. These were the 'wet' kind. I might use the dry ones next time.... I am very pleased with the performance of the Opus though and I hope you don't mind me using your logo and creating an Opus logo??? Thanks Phil

I don't know how I missed this post!
Very nice work! I like it!
I am totally cool with the artwork. :)
Probably the smallest implementation I have seen yet!
Cheers! Russ
