hello, I need help to connect because the initials of the colors do not understand them: the 230 volts - transformer - placid hd? brown and black for the positive supply 230 volts blue and gray for negative network ac 230 volts?
then the placid red + black and yellow and orange? and 'so? thanks luigi

First, be very very careful. Be sure you have fuses in place on the primaries before applying power. For 230v, tie the Gray and Violet primaries together and isolate them from the others connections. Line voltage goes to Blue and Brown primaries. For the Placid HD, join Black and Orange secondaries for one input, and Red and Yellow for the other. The transformer datasheet has some helpful diagrams to make it easier to visualize. http://www.avellindberg.com/pdf/avel_y23_range.pdf

There should be now way you could achieve 26v. Please post a picture of your transformer wiring g.

It's hard to tell from your pictures, but it looks as though D1 is installed backwards. Please also verify the positions of the small transistors.

Hi, JES !!!!! THANKS BRIAN the D1 installed was backwards!! ok the courrent output now is 5 volt dc with less rotaty vr2 is necessary other set up with VR1 ? thanks luigi
