It has taken me some time to get to this project, I have the older Placid v2.0.1 & Placid PB v2.1.2 power supplies . Will they power the BIII with Tridents, IvyIII & S/PDIF Receiver/MUX?

The Placid BP should be no problem. You might run into problems with the Placid, as it's load is fairly high. You could try it, see the pages 40-41 in the guide.

Looks like I'm going to have to try it as the Placid HD is out of stock
