I'm trying a pair of Lundahl LL1690s on the outputs of my Buffalo V.1.1, but only with poor results. Whatever combination of load resistors on primaries and secondaries, with or without caps in parallel and so on: There is only feeble sound.

Maybe the combination of a 10kΩ log pot and the 1MΩ input impedance of the AMB α20 linestages I'm tying to drive is the crucial point?

Please shed some light on this ... d'oh!
