Hi,

I have made a wiring diagram which is attached below for buffalo by myself.

Could anybody tell me I am in the right track? Pray

However, I couldn't think of any way to feed SPDIF module and TOSLINK Module, though.

Do I need another Power transformer to feed? Am I missing something from here?

I just realized while I was drawing this diagram that I need SPDIF 4:1 MUX module
instead of just single module. Brick wall But it is out of stock. Again, Brick wall

Thanks,
onejun

Hi.

You shouldnt have any problems running the S/PDIF and Toslink module from your LCDPS. Just put in two extra pairs of cable from the outputs on your LCDPS to those modules.

Check up the connection between LCBPS and IVY. Looks like you are running the negative power to the positive input and vice versa....

You can connect S/PDIF sources straight to the buffalo. So if you have just one source it might be a better idea to skip the S/PDIF receiver.

I dont think the MUX has been in stock yet. But it is supposed to be available for the first time pretty soon now.

I would also use I2S to the Buffalo instead of S/PDIF if you plan on using a separate receiver.

Thank you, Stein.

I got an idea how to feed the power to the SPDIF and Toslink module.

I will try after receiving the power transformers.

Thank you, Brian.

You mean WM8804 should receive the SPDIF input from the source, and output as I2S to buffalo.

Am I right?

thanks,
onejun
