I will be posting a write up about the design change soon. :)
But I will just say it is a much more robust design and has a much better error amp. It is a significant update. It was mostly changed to support some upcoming modules - including the redesigned opus.

No, at least not yet, but for good reason, it is a slightly different circuit with a much better defined load condition.

Changing the error amp will get you pretty close.

Can V1.1 Tridents be directly swapped with V3 Tridents for BII? Also, you've promised design change write up :)

Changed from Trident to Trident 3, a bit of a pain to desolder the old ones, but IMHO well worth the effort.
