Rank: Member Groups: Member Joined: 1/3/2010(UTC) Posts: 15 Location: Las Vegas		Hi, I changed the 80MHz clock with a CCHD 950-25-100 on my BufII. Install seemed to go well but on powerup lock LED stays on regardless of source attached or not. No sound output either. Any troubleshooting ideas?

Installed the tridents from the old board and the same problem. Finally tracked it down to the 1.2V trident. The LED's light up so I didn't know anything was wrong with it. So, new problem: If the LED's light, what could be the issue?

Opamp or either of the two transistors. You could try changing those or just get another 1.2V Trident.

I also now have the Buf III and when I switch the two (same power supplies, regs, IV) the Buf III has a feint high pitch whine (oscillation?)on both channels, whereas the Buf II is silent. Anyone else come across this?
