The V1.0 Placid HD kit I received has two sets of C4 caps that are .1uf each. Unless I'm missing a set of C4's on the board all I see is the one set of C4A/C4B by the input for the transformer secondaries.

Also, in the schematic and BOM for V1.0 C4 is listed as a 220nf capacitor not the .1uf that was in the kit. The BOM for V1.0 also lists C2A and C2B as not in use but there are capacitors for those spots included.

Before I soldered these I wanted to double check that these values are in fact correct and if I'm reading this incorrectly.

Thanks.

C13 and C14 are 0.1uf = 100nf. C4 is 0.22uf in the BOM/schematic, close enough.

I've just this minute soldered up my second HD BP Placid & also found a second set of C4 caps. The first one I built is running fine with these same values so no problem.

Yes either value there is just fine. Don't sweat it. :)
