Should I use this ground wire? If so, should I connect it to the IEC ground or chassis ground point?
I currently just have IEC mains ground just connected to ground lug on chassis with no ground wire to or from an Avel toroid.

Thanks,
Doug

To clarify: I ordered toroid with 120volt primaries.
