I have all DIP switches ON, have I to left it or to change to?

I'm not sure, but I suspect a short in the EXT I/O.

I have all DIP switches ON, have I to left it or to change to? You're welcome. Glad to help. No need to change it - but if you don't plan on using SPDIF then I would turn off SPDIF autodetect. If you get good lock - no need to change DPLL.
