But I prefer 8 or 6 channels to work. Why they are not working?
Considering "More than 4 inputs" chapter in the BIII Guide, have you sold me BIII board which have access to only four inputs?

You have it hooked up for four channels. I2S data is two-channel, not one. You can get 6 or 8 channels, but you need to hook it up correctly to do so.

In the example I gave above...

DATA12 should be connected to ONLY D2, which will output on O1 and O2.
DATA34 should be connected to ONLY D3, which will output on O3 and O4.
DATA56 should be connected to ONLY D4, which will output on O5 and O6.

If you want to double-up DACs for your front channels, then do this...

DATA12 connected to D2 and D3 (or use D2/D3 jumper)
DATA34 connected to only D4
DATA56 connected to only D5

Jumper O1/O3 and O2/O4.

DATA12 will output on O1/O3 and O2/O4
DATA34 will output on O5 and O6
DATA56 will output on O7 and O8

Does this make sense?

I hooked it up for six channels Brian, but BIII outputs only four channels (even if I would hooked it up for eight channels). You can have a look at a pictures. There maybe not so clearly but understandly visible those connections. I took 01-02 and 07-08 outputs of BIII, however playing front and rear channels (4ch) which (07-08 rear channels) shouldn't play with such 6ch input setup (I did not connect to D5 input anything). That's proove that inputs of BIII are paralleled somewhere.
Btw, have you tried to play 8 channels from single not modified BIII board?
Why didn't you comment on statement in BIII Guide I wrote before? Doesn't it have any concern?

AndriyOL, please check if there is a short between any of D2-D5 with nothing connected.

Checked and rechecked and found the following.
On soundcard: no any resistance in range of 40MOhm between BCK, WS and all DATAI, except between digital GND (Vssd) and BCK, WS, DATAI approximately 7.5MOhm.
On BIII board:
DCK - GND ~ 47K
DCK - D1-D5 ~ 94K
D1 - D5 ~ 94K
D2 - D5 ~ 94K
D3 - D5 ~ 94K
D4 - D5 ~ 94K

How do you have your switches setup?

Do you have the remapping switch enabled? It should not be on.

What qauntizer setting are you using? Try 6 bit true diff.

D2-D5~94K I meant that I checked D2-D3, D2-D4, D2-D5; and D3-D5 respectively. They all have approximately the same resistance.
I set input remapping to OFF, but I tried both settings with the same result.
I'm using quantizer setting 6 bits true differential.

Take a single data input and connect it only to D2. There should only be audio on O1 and O2.
Take the same data input and connect it only to D3. There should only be audio on O3 and O4.
Take the same data input and connect it only to D4. There should only be audio on O5 and O6.
Take the same data input and connect it only to D5. There should only be audio on O7 and O8.

Just move the same DATA signal over one position each time. Leave all other data lines off, and make sure you have no jumpers installed.

The "More than 4 inputs" section on Page 14 of the integration guide has to do with SPDIF inputs, not I2S. It has nothing to do with I2S channels.

Don't know how it happend before when I switched input remapping to OFF before first BIII start but it worked with only 4ch, than I switched it back to ON with no change at outputs and left as is. But now when I set it again to OFF everything is working fine.
Very embarassing, I'm sorry about a hassle.
